MUSEUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your ticket is a revocable license that grants the ticketholder a one-time entry to Gridiron Glory Myrtle Beach, LLC’s Gridiron Glory/Pro Football Hall of Fame Myrtle Beach facility (the “Museum”). By using a ticket to attempt entry to the Museum, you and all accompanying minors (collectively, the “Holder” or “you”), agree that (1) admission is contingent on Holder’s agreement to the Museum terms and conditions set forth below, as may be posted in or around the Museum, and as may be communicated by Museum staff, all of which may be updated from time to time (the “Terms”), and (2) you are deemed to have read the Terms and to be bound by them. Failure to comply with any of the Terms may result in forfeiture of this license and all its rights without refund and shall entitle Museum management to pursue any legal remedies available to it. Failure to comply with any of the Terms may result in your being refused entry to the Museum or escorted from the Museum.

HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS, HAZARDS, AND DANGERS arising from or relating in any way to the Museum experience, whether occurring before, during, or after the Museum experience, including, without limitation, the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including exposure to a bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness), the risk of physical injury or death, however caused, whether by other people, objects, or otherwise, and the risks of lost, stolen, or damaged property. Holder hereby waives all claims and potential claims relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.

GENERAL RULES

No strollers are allowed in the Museum.

Amateur photography and video recording is permitted. No professional photography or related equipment (such as tripods, lighting fixtures, or commercial media gear) is permitted.

Guests who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who exhibit disorderly behavior, use explicit or abusive language, or otherwise conduct themselves in an unruly or inappropriate manner will be refused entry or escorted from the Museum without refund.

ARTIFACT DAMAGE

Please be aware of your surroundings and do not touch any of the artifacts, unless otherwise specified. Guests may be held liable and financially responsible for damages caused by the physical contact with artifacts in the Museum.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Museum ticket purchases are final and will not be refunded for any reason.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gridiron Glory Myrtle Beach, LLC, its members, affiliates, employees, agents, licensees, licensors, and each of their respective employees, contractors, agents, members, employees, officers, and directors, from and against all claims, losses, injuries, accidents, property damage, or other liability or damages relating to your Museum experience or any related products or services.

APPLICABLE LAW AND UPDATED TERMS

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina and the United States of America, as applicable. The Museum may modify, amend, or supplement these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion.

TICKET PURCHASES

The Museum is not responsible for, and may refuse to honor, any duplicate or duplicated, lost, stolen, destroyed or counterfeit ticket. Use of your ticket in violation of any law including, without limitation, the unlawful resale or unlawful attempted resale of this ticket, is strictly prohibited and may result in seizure, revocation, or forfeiture of the license granted by the ticket without refund. Your ticket is not redeemable for cash and may not be used for, or in connection with, any commercial or trade purposes including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, gambling, or gaming activities, without the express written consent of the Museum.

If you purchase any product or service made available through our website or ticketing system, you may be asked to provide information including your email address, name, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and mailing address. The Museum employs third-party services to facilitate payment and complete any purchases you may make. By providing your information, you grant the Museum the right to provide the information to these third parties.

The Museum reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons such as product or service unavailability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or for other reasons. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
